" Not Your Average Gym "

Enhancing Your Strengths

Accessible Fitness Personal Training

Welcome to the Accessible Fitness web site. Accessible Fitness is a fitness center where people of all ages and levels of fitness can exercise.

My name is Paul O' Lone. All of my life I have loved exercise. In 1993 I became the Mr. North America bodybuilding champion. In 1997 I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. After returning to the gym to rehabilitate my leg strength and balance, I realized there was a great need for gyms that can work with people at all levels of strength and ability.

Accessible Fitness gives you reasons to look forward to personal training and will keep coming back for more.

Accessible Fitness Personal Trainers will keep you company and assist you with your fitness training program to make sure you stay committed to your fitness goals. There’s nothing more fulfilling than having a partner to motivate you to stay faithful to your goals and applaud you when you do meet or surpass them. Our personal trainers can design a fitness program for you that will surely make you look and feel better about yourself.

We pride ourselves in knowing each and every client by their first name. You won't find a more welcoming place to work out at. It's like your home away from home.

We believe for your workout to be successful you have to be comfortable in the place you work out in. Here at Accessible Fitness that is exactly what you will find.

Angelo Cortopassi
San Jose, California

"I am not falling as much and not tripping over tooth-picks anymore. I feel much more flexible and I have less muscle spasms. Now for the first time in many years, I can touch my toes, and I can also balance standing on my toes or on one foot, Thanks to Accessible Fitness."

Vickie Gilfix
Mountain View, California

I have regained much of my lost flexibility, can stay on the go much longer and the best part is I have actually lost about 3 dress sizes in the last six months. Not bad for a 63 year old grandmother
